OK gentleman cooks. I need new frying pans and moma don't want all cast iron. Any recommendations?

wife bought one of those copper sets and TBH i really like them.  i won't buy any pans i cant toss right in the oven and these work well.

Well then, no on the Tefal. I guess it's spelled T-Fal and we have the hard anodized. 

I've read you should toss them if they are scratched.

We have SS pots/sauce pans and they work great. I didn't like the SS fry pans at all.

From what Im seeing , SS handles the heat better then anything .

My wife has been grabbing pots and pans out of her moms basement. There has to be over 50 of them down there still in the box. She is 85 now and doesn’t cook all that much.
