One of my parent's cousins cooked it up.  He has done stuff like hog roasts and stuff in the area for years and 2-3 years ago, bought this big ass legit BBQ trailer, so he had it set up for this weekend's festivities.  He takes it south in the winter and sets up at a flea market too.
