Frozen pizza! We drove 18 hours yesterday and got home at 3am. We only managed 4 hours sleep when we got home and now too tired to cook.

Fired up the Breeo we bought the wife for Christmas and finally cooked our first meal on it.  Built a small twigs n branches fire, added more bigger branches then let a few slabs of maple turn cherry red. 

Brought zucchini, mushrooms, onions and peppers to temp, removed from heat in a grille pan.  put cherry tomatoes in the grille basket covering the bottom, then added vegetables.  seared Montreal seasoned rib eyes for mere moments on the veggie grille pan and then set them on the flames.  finished veggies in the grille basket turning several times.  removed rib eyes to set, finished veggies and viola, dinner. 

next time wife wants shrimp or rock lobster seared on the side, and I agree.

first go at it, no complaints.  any pointers @Deephaven?

 

edit, also want to try making Cajun tuna steaks next.  yum!
