What's for dinner???

I threw an oven roast on the grill . turned it down low and closed the cover. It will either rock or suck. 

Purple taters, green beans.

Anyone ever tried a fried egg on a burger? Burgers are on the grill and I'm thinking about frying an egg. Should it be firm or runny yoke?

We just made one with an over easy egg and one without and split them. The egg was a very nice addition. We topped the burger with ketchup and mayo

i've never had ketchup on eggs, but it tasted great!

It’s actually quite good, IMO.  I don’t do it much but will every so often.  I prefer hot sauce.

I've watched people do it at breakfast for years and thought they were nuts. Like you said, every once in a while would be good.

Mmm...me too. That’s yankee stye.  Some pintos slow cooked with some pork belly or red bean jumbalaya.  Mmmmmmmmm...... Now that’s some serious food for the soul!

Damn.  It’s been a while since I’ve had some corn bread.  Gonna fix that this week!

Yup!  Me too.  That’s the good stuff!  Sometimes mix a bit of creamed corn in with it.
