Last night was blueberry pancakes. Been picking bkueberries for about 2 weeks now but yesterday they were jamming so had to use some up.

Just had a cold leftover chicken thigh from last night.....not sure what's next. My wife make these baked ham/swiss on Hawaiian roll sandwiches earlier so might have to knock a few of those down my gullet.

Yeah, once you get the silver skin off the back side and grill it medium rare at best, they are damn good.  Probably my favorite cut.

I used to do a burger day every Feb after we were riding. Usually 25 half lb burgs with sautee'd onions, mushrooms,peppers, tomato, lettuce and bacon for toppings. Had a buddy scarfe down 3 burgers lol

Running late tonight so we are trying a Angry Tomato pizza from Aldi tonite.

Update on the Aldi brand Angry Tomato pizza.  Pretty good for $5.  Told the wife to get another next time she is there.

Paired with ginger ale and Aldi's swiss roll things.  We are trying to teach our boy healthy eating choices.  Today was not a good day from that perspective.
