i had to sell the focus to get out to the land im inheriting. 320 acres is set to be probated, and i am going to be battling family members over this land. i just was out the for the first time in years. first pic warming up the boat, waiting on a friend as my dad's boat is parked at his smoke house and he wanted to tag along was snowing this morning, cold ride on the rivers to the slough, you can see ice forming, soon i will not be able to drive a boat on the way there, about 1 mile from the slough. tough walking this is the lake, where i am standing is not my land, i am looking north and my property is about 1 mile forward, on the left bank. i spent time looking on maps and was happy to see hills, and even happier to see the easier walking path in real life. i am walking towards north along the west side of the lake still walking there this is very close to my property, i am looking east, this hills are a good 150 feet above lake level the lake close up if you look through the trees, you will see a small peninsula going out into the water, this is the south eastern end of my property. i didn't walk much further north onto my land this is the same spot i took the last pic, but looking west remember that peninsula a few pics back? i am standing on it and looking north and slightly east. my family owns everything on the left bank all the way till the end. out of 2 160 acre tracts side by side i will personally attempt to get 75 acres of it in my name. my dad and one of my younger brothers also got land from my grandmother. we will have to battle my other family members for this land. looking straight north
