We're going to a Christmas Eve get together today and I made a couple goodies. Spanokopita ( spinach pie) and a cheesecake that I'll put the topping on shortly.

Prime rib, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, apple sauce and some pretzel rolls. Oh, and a piece of pecan pie for dessert.

Had some Spanokapita myself over the weekend.  Store bought though.  Delish.  There goes my diet program with all the sweets and good food.  Nephew brought over a whole tray of assorted Italian cookies.....Mascarpone ftw!

Santa brought me a new mixer.

Made baguette dough for Wed, pizza dough for Thur, caramel roll dough for tomorrow and tortillas so we could have steak tacos tonight.

Same.

We had some leftover quiche my wife made for breakfast the other day. The stuff actually reheats in the microwave fairly decent, normally I would expect it to turn into mush but this was not the case at all.

Same again tonight, salad was better day 2.

Having turkey tonight with all the fixins.  Take leftovers to eat on way to Glamis. I'll be sick of it after eating it for 3 straight days.
