I need to have dinner at your house, because that looks absolutely fantastic.

It's an induction burner.  Portable burner.  Nice to keep things warm, cook on the patio, heat apps sitting down by the boat etc.  Dish is shabu shabu.  Basically a fish stock you cook veggies and super thin cut meat in.  Then dipped in a ponzu (lemony soy) or sesame sauce.  I like heat so there is some nuoc cham and kimchee for sides as well.

Dude post it.  Best thing you can do for your own cooking is to encourage yourself to get better.  I have a buddy and we started to share our meals and it makes me try harder and my whole family loves it.  Learning is good!
