Meatloaf sounds really good ... but I'm not gonna make it in warmer temps like we've been having. Kinda like making chili ... just one of those things I prefer in cooler weather.

It wasn't to bad here today with temps in the upper 70's.

Nothing wrong with a salad and bread sticks. Especially on a warm summer evening. Cereal works at times too!

It was salad & a breadstick or popcorn. Been on a bit of a diet so the salad won out (and yes, cereal works too ... I've done that as well!! LOL)

I don't mind salad for dinner as long as there's some sort of protein like chicken, turkey or steak tips, lol

Grilling a few brats to go with some cottage cheese and fresh sliced cukes.

Had some garbage in the Newark airport. NJ is a dump.

Burgers, potato skins and a small garden salad.

Langostino & shrimp scampi, small salad, garlic buttered rolls

Grilled chicken, salad with fresh lettuce and cukes from our garden. Can't wait for the tomatoes to ripen. Hopefully see some in the next week.

Damn dog likes fresh cukes too. I caught her nibbling on one today.

Egg Roll in a Bowl ... the wife made it for the girls, but saved some for me. Pretty good stuff!
