Had biscuits and gravy for breakfast, Reuben's for lunch and leftover roast for dinner....good god I feel like a glutton......

 

 

 

 

 

 

Still thinking about having a bowl of Breyers Snickers Ice Cream. :lol:

Not yet but good idea...I ate the last Butterfinger Peanut Butter Snowman yesterday but there is a jar in the kitchen. :lol:

Homemade bread, and scotcharoo's after. 

I didn't have to cook any of it, so it was excellent!!! :lol:

MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.....Prosciutto 

Wife made a wonderful Chuck roast and potatoes with roasted asparagus .....she makes the best pot roasts and this time she made this incredible horseradish cream sauce too

Yes, generally the shoulder, and often short side of the blade.  I used the whole upper and removed the blade, which is why there are a few smaller chunks in there.
