was grilling steaks on the deck tonight and quickly remembered how steaks seem to smell better (while cooking) and taste better when the deck,trees ,and ground are covered by snow. Lol. Love snow.

We make pizzas on the BGE....the smoke in the crust and cheese is amazing.

Spread over english muffins, put in oven or toaster oven till slightly browned.

Good ol’ family favorite.

Can cut into small pie type. pieces snd serve as appetizers  too, which ee do mostly.

just picked up a small prime rib for the 4 of us for this evening.  mashed taters and air fried brussel sprouts with it.  prob toss them in some buffalo sauce

Christmas dinner is tonight for us, kiddos go with their mom tomorrow afternoon, So a Hickory smoked ham, green bean casserole, oven roasted potatoes, and a couple Crown Apple and Gingers.
