A couple weeks ago I had a epiphany. Reverse seared burgers.

They were amazing. Caramelized onions, toasted onion buns, colby cheese.

Mom isn't snowbirding in Florida this year so she's doing a lot of cooking. She brought over City Chicken the other day. Awesome! Haven't had that in a long time. And today it was meatloaf right out of the oven

I reverse sear them on my firewood over red oak.  Killer indeed.
