Large ships and trains plus about a third of our electrical generation all run on oil. I don't think the electrical grid could be updated to a level to support electric cars on that level in 20 years.

My kids are pretty good kids, I mean they are dumb as fuck but they don't really do anything bad. Nothing compared to what we did. I had the talk about drugs and trouble when they turned teen. It's one thing to be strict but you have to be honest and not naive, these are things they are exposed to whether we like it or not. Installing a bed using 8020 extruded aluminum beams. 1x3” beams run laterally down both sides of the van wall. I’m having to drill holes to install plus nuts to secure the L brackets. I guess in a van it would be considered a D pillar in the rear? It’s high strength steel. I would imagine ford uses it to protect in a rollover.
