Dinner for tonight

Made bone-in pork chops the other night from the local grocery store. They have killer pork chops, some of the best I've ever had. Just seasoned with some pork butt rub igot as a gift that seems good. Cut up gold potatoes with Italian seasoning and olive oil.

Homemade burgers

Chili and cornbread.

Meatloaf, asparagus and baked cauliflower.

I'm going to Dr up some Zatarains with some chicken and a few other things

A few weeks of self isolation can play tricks on your mind.

Don is a good man. He has some crazy ideas about things but all in all he is a good guy. I never understood his dislike for Canada but for the most part Don has a good heart. Props to Huizy for actually getting out and standing for something. Most people here just talk about what needs to be done. Don is engaged and voicing his opinions publicly.

I love how Don was so fervently against the Obama stimulus and all of that and now he works for the trump campaign which the trump admin has out done the Obama stimulus x 6 and began the national state of emergency. The sharpest edge you can get but still have the edge fairly thick if that makes sense. Kinda hard to explain. It you had a thin razor sharp edge it will dull Extremely quick. I'm sharpening my blades every 2 weeks, and I have carbide edges on my blades, imbedded about a half inch into the cutting edge of the blade. And one more thing if you guys are home sharpening your blades, make sure you balance them, you will tear up spindle bearings real quick with an out of balance blade. Just a nail in a stud in your garage wall, hold the blade at 3&9 O'Clock, which ever end drops take some more material off. A company called Oregon makes a blade balance tool, I think it's like $12 or something. I did this stuff 2 weeks ago, but I like talking mowing..lol..New steering dampeners, one was blown out I'm sure the other was shortly on its way also so replaced them both and did a new seat..

I should get one with all the friggin leaves I get. Plus I have a chain link fence around the back of the property, so they always collect back there. But since I moved in 5 years ago, I've cut more than 20 trees down there, and another couple big ones 2 weeks ago, so I'm just trying to eliminate the leaves at the source. My tractor has a bagger, but at peak leave time, literally 2 passes around the yard and it has to be emptied or it clogs up.

Don is a good guy, he just talks to much and by that I'm the type of person who wants to here stories in 30 seconds or at least get to significant point in that timeframe, Don on the other hand wants to go for 30 minutes to get to a significant point. Last two times I saw him was in Chicago and Milwaukee, Chicago was without his spouse @bussman wife wouldn't sit next to Don, the wife and I did and it was great, we went to a blues club after dinner and after a bit I knew it was time to call it a night Milwaukee was with his spouse at @thewayout wedding, she gave me the stink eye when I asked Don what he wanted to drink
