Yup - already on top of that :thumbsup:  I added some apple juice earlier & set the oven to 275

If you have a leave in temp prove I'd put it in now.  If the power was out a long time ago that stall isn't going to clear quickly at 250F.  

At the same time, if it finishes too early just wrap the whole thing in a towel and throw it in a cooler.  I normally do this to my butts anyways.  A good 2-3 hour rest helps the meat stay super juicy.
