Ive had plenty of hot beefs..... Just never heard the "commercial" part.......

My nationality is Slovak and Polish, so turned my kids onto a side that always accompanied some polish sausage in my youth..the kiddos loved it..Haluski and sausage.. Soooooo delicious..
