Yes. Which is sometimes handy. If harvested it can be froze up in air bins until spring, but very vigilant monitoring for putting air to it in the spring is critical. My aunt and uncle have farmed the same 900 acres since 1961 and said this year has been the strangest. First time they ever couldn’t plant, they had to cover crop it.
