Nah man you have to vary the rpm’s so the rings aren’t always going to the same spot I actually had someone tell me that one time Edited December 11, 2023 by Skidooski

Platinum Contributing Member Jimmy Snacks Posted December 13, 2023 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted December 13, 2023 This photo is so great! On the far right is Wes Pesek, the guy Dorothy was racing with on all the cross-country races, and one of the best cross-country races that ever sat on a sled. Dorothy is walking towards the camera in her full race gear, ready to hit the track. Don Omdahl is walking towards her. You can see Stan Hayes’ head behind Don, working on his mighty 650cc 1973 Polaris Starfire. Dorothy Mercer was so far ahead of her time… she wouldn’t settle for being told she could only race the women’s “Powder Puff” classes.. she wanted to race with the boys! While many sanctioning associations would not allow her to race the boys on the oval, the cross-country groups welcomed her with open arms. And she thrived in cross-county races, in particular the famed Winnipeg to St. Paul race. We believe this photo was taken in Little Falls, Minnesota in the winter of 1973 - 50 years ago!

Cold War
Twin turbo mustang build. Customer wanted all aftermarket garbage. Tried to show him how shitty it all fit on the company’s website (blue mustang) , but he insisted. Hammering, bending, twisting, adding, filling. Finally starting to look like something.

We have to deal with that occasionally, always some D-bag kid with a clapped out 3series wanting some cheap Chinese splitter or wing kit put on..You can lead them to water but can't make them drink.

Body kits are the worst. I did a little body work back in the day it was always civics and Accords with the worst fitting body kit lol... You did a good job the lines look good. I put a Kaminari lip kit on my Prelude it was the best fitting kit i ever saw for a honda . Edited December 13, 2023 by EvilBird

It’s getting a splitter! I don’t care for that at all. It was $650.00 !!! I went to HS with the customer so I made acceptation for him. Im not screwing with that garbage anymore. Take it somewhere else. I got into it with a BMW guy on a aftermarket fiberglass front cover. I brought him in and tried to show him what a pos it was. Kept telling me about the great reviews on website. 🙄 Put the old one back on told him take it to guy with bumper cover stretcher. Pissed me off!

Had some family visiting over the summer. My wife took some stuff out of her suv and put it in front of garage. My young cousin asked her “you going to leave that outside? Aren’t you worried it will get stolen? ummmm no.
