Yesterday afternoon an elderly woman was launching a fishing boat for her husband, while pulling out the trailer she forgot the vehicle was in reverse and backed into the lake, the vehicle turned 180* and floated out into deeper water, she couldn't get out, several of us got in the water and broke her window and pulled her out, 10 seconds later the vehicle sunk.

If college was an education that got you a degree in a viable field of a technical nature I would be for it but I would not support it with the current state of higher education. Government backed student loans have driven up tuition to an unsustainable level and the product (ie the education it self) has become diluted in order to extract more dollars from the dumbed down students that are available.
