My kid said nobody treats her (him) nice and she afraid to tell anyone about it. I immediately scolded my kid for not telling me and explained I had no issue with it. Sounds like a lot of good ingredients in the RF. Personally I take Res q 1250 highly concentrated fish oil for the omegas and anti-inflammatory properties... it also lowered my cholesterol dramatically and kept me off statins. I also drink a teaspoon of powdered gelatin daily(has tons of amino acids and anti inflammation qualities) and take green lipped mussel (another anti-inflammatory that has a lot of promising benefits)from Res q which also has collagen .....this combo has worked miracles for my arthritic knee. Had 2 cortisone shots prior to this regimen which helped for a short time but haven't needed any more shots since and its been over 3 years now.

Rode out of pittsburg NH today down through Coleman state park over dixille peak to Errol for lunch then back up to Diamond ridge and back. One poor trail in the 180 miles and i turned around after a miles and took an Alt route where it was minty. bit bumpy in the afternoon but lots of people out so expected. When I left i told my buddy and his wife we were just going to follow the groomer and we did.
