pork cutlet cut real thin. dipped in egg , rolled in breadcrumbs and pan fried in olive oil. Along with Italian rice balls. Marinara to dip both in.

I was out of town last week and had some. I'm usually not a fan of the Greek dough, but if it's rolled thin... I was pleasantly surprised.

SOmetimes greaks use too much sugar in their sauce.

Yup. One place is kind of thick and they don't even bring the sauce and toppings to the edge and there a big piece of crust about in inch thick.

Most the pizza places are horrible where i live in sask....

Best pizza ive always found is in the usa.

Going to the Cities for the day tomorrow and having a fight over where to eat and what to eat.  I'm pushing for woodfire pizza for dinner and fish and chips for lunch.
