Sweet and sour pork is my favorite, but I have them do pork fried rice instead of plain white rice. When we get Chinese, I order S&S pork dinner (comes with an egg roll and rice or fried rice for an extra cost), Wife and son always get almond chicken dinner, an extra quart of pork fried rice and a couple of extra egg rolls.  Leftovers for lunch the next day.  :bc:

Had to pick up a few things for home and for the work fridge yesterday. Remembered to look for it when I was buying some other condiments.

Wife just bought a big container of Hellman's at Sam's or Costco last week, so I bought this for work.

Well, I found a deal on a chuck roast at Wally World the other day, so pot roast it is.

Has anyone tried smoking a chuck roast? Can you do them like pulled pork?

I do believe they can be quite tough. That's the whole idea of the pot .

Haven't tried it yet.  Gonna be grilling burgers probably tomorrow. Gotta get the grill cleaned out and fired up.  Didn't grill all winter sadly.  Need to take everything out of the grill and get all the burnt up grease cleaned out and power wash it inside and power wash the grill grates.  I'll do it tomorrow after work if it's nice out.   If it's not ready tomorrow, it will be for the following week. Gotta stop and get gas for the power washer.  Taking mom to Lucky's Steakhouse in Imlay City Sunday for her 79th Bday Dinner. :bc:
