Did you find canned chiles that actually have heat?

nope... I season to taste but the ladies don't let me go all out

there's some diced jalapeños in there too

to quell the heat and garnish, sour cream and avocado... served with chips rather than crackers

it's been on a two hour simmer... now it's off to the front step outside for a cooling cycle.  cooling certain types of soup helps draw the flavor/seasoning into the meat... same way I make leftover chili today chili.

Going to make Chicken Parm tonight. Oddly it's something I've never made before, looking forward to giving it a try

Surprised after all that time it took you to make it, you didn’t organize the beans to spell out “fuck Trump“.

I do love a good chili.  Wife made a Chicken and shrimp stir fry last night for dinner and leftovers for lunch.  :bc:
