I fucked up getting the pizza on the stone

The 1st one was a little fucked up when most of the toppings slid off transferring to the stone.

Second one came out much better. Both tasted good. For the dough we used the recipe from the food network.

Oooh, now that looks good!

How long do you preheat the stone?

We're getting there. The dough was very good. We still need to figure out the sauce. The most recent one from the grocery store was OK, but not the flavor that we are looking for.

Home made sauce is really easy. Start with tomatoes sauce and add tomato paste until you get the thickness you want then add your herbs and spices.

Getting the spices right is probably the toughest part. We tried making sauce a week or two ago and it was very bland tasting.

I use pizza pans in my little pizza oven. The back of the oven gets hotter and by using a pan I can slowly turn it with a pair of tongs so it cooks evenly.

Burgers and fries.

I tried a new recipe for air fryer fries and they came out great!

Peal and cut potatoes.

Soak potatoes in cold water for 30-60 minutes and drain.

Boil water and add fries, remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes. Drain.

Dry on paper towels.

Add 2tbsp olive oil and mix.

Cook in air fryer for 20-25 minutes on 375.  Shake  basket once or twice during cook.

I need to pull some brats out for the weekend.

I used to buy Johnsonvilles because that's what my step dad always bought and he was from Wisconsin so I figured they were the go to brat....I buy store brand now as they have no nitrites  or preservatives...these were Meijer brand and very good.

I'll check with my local meat market on the brats. :thumb:

I bought more sauce and tomato paste this week. I also found frozen pizza dough for 99cents so I grabbed a half dozen.

Have you ever been to Pizza Barn in West Ossipee? They make my perfect pizza. From the crust on up to the toppings.

The wife did a pork tenderloin in the Actifry with roasted red pepper/garlic spice and little baby potatoes with lemon pepper spice/olive oil/onions in a pan. She did the taters in the bbq and took the Actifry outside instead of heating up the kitchen with the oven
