The White balance in the second photo didn't get corrected before posting. For some reason the auto WB on this drone runs about 600k to cool.

Personally, I'd say 1 hands down.  Best leading lines and I prefer the raised perspective.  3 seems "flat" and "uninteresting", personal opinion.  2, I feel the riverbank takes too big of a share of the picture and dominates, without leading into the rest.

 

Saying that, the perfectionist in me would either crop a little tighter on the left, or get into photoshop to remove that sign.

Yeah, the signs are easy to remove in OS with content aware fill.
