Framers showed up yesterday so things are moving again after a month long stall. Rough in’s are next then insulation. He wasn't sure about building the beam. He sent a kid to dig through the spray foam. Took him 3 days and then it was a meeting here with the engineer, then paperwork to sign off on the beam design, then a meeting with the beam guy, then get the parts, then install the beam. Blah, Blah, Blah. I get it. Just frustrating when we were supposed to be close to finishing by Christmas and now it will be closer to Easter. Windows aren't coming until January. I don't think the cabinets have been ordered yet and the guy said 6-8 weeks.
