My 15 Assault used less oil than AGs Doo. He got marginally better mileage but I was always fucking around on hills and never shut my sled off waiting at intersections. It did and still grenaded. Ive run Castrol in every sled Ive owned for 20 years, puked a piece of piston out the exhaust but she still ran fine. 4400 miles on stock pistons figured I'd freshen her up......Im thinking it had 7500 miles when I sent it down the road.

Last time I rode over the holidays was in Brimley, Dec '99. Tons of snow , but way to much traffic. Never again. As for snow conditions, I'm not riding on marginal conditions anymore. If it means less miles for the year, than it is what it is. Not gonna ride in shit conditions and tear up my sleds just to say I pounded X amount of diamonds. I'll save my time off and wait or not go if it's not worth it

4k it got a re-ring not a full on rebuild dude for like the 100th time it was still 115/113 psi compression. Low but not anywhere close to blown up. i got 7800 bucks for that sled with 4k miles on it. Isnt that what new cats go for
