See this is the problem, you are comparing two different types of voting number one, second is ballots mail in or filled out at the polling station are matched to the voter. You don't even know if the county mailed the ballot to the cat or not, likely not. No matter what you may think, unless the election officials are corrupt multiple votes are not going to be counted for the same person and all votes must match a registered voter. If the officials are corrupt they can alter ballots no matter what method was used to vote, including not voting at all.

Yea the thing is that you are looking at a couple of different fuel pumps and air pumps. The VST is just a glorified carburetor bowl complete with Needle/seat and float arrangement. Anything supplying that tank fuel pump wise will be low pressure 10 psi or less. I will say that the high side fuel pressure reg can cause some weird problems that can be tough to nail down..
