Just reserved a 100lb hog for the 4th of july!!!!

Pick it up on the 29th. 3-4 days in the salt bath and then its party time. 

You bishes know crackpots and kettles

Me too.  Even if you fuck it up it’s still pretty good.  But when it’s done right....sweet fancy Moses is it delicious!!!!!!!

Looked at the FB page but not sure what the options are.  Need some recommendations.  Something where high fructose corn syrup isn't the first ingredient.

I ordered 4 , so far only tried the right side of Memphis and it was phenominal.

I've been using the mustard based Gold Standard on chicken quite a bit.....awesome stuff.

They really are all just great. I just finished some brisket with the 181 and man.....just good sauce
