The number of daily diners in the city of Minneapolis was down an average of 54.3% in July — so the city had less than half the number of people eating out, compared with July 2019, according to OpenTable. Same here . Restaurants always busy around here. Most need more help, they still haven't seemed to have recovered staff wise. Masks are non existent. We have a lot of great independent local restaurants. None of which I want to see go out of business. The chains like Chillis or Ruby Tuesday are really only the shitty ones. I may have chuckled to myself in certain situations I admit.
