No, I smoke them right on the grill.   Gotta smoke them at a higher heat to get them crisp or they end up petrified (live and learn).  I ran these around 3-325 degrees for two hours.  But wings are weird...just gotta keep checking and flipping.  

Honestly, If you can smoke them right, they are about better than anything fried.  And TONS healthier.  That means you can eat more of them and not add to the Pilates routine!

We don't have shit for sweets in the house right now.  I'm a sucker for chocolate...fudge stands zero chance of survival here.

In Greece, yes.  In North America, pretty unlikely it is 100% sheep's milk or even 50%.

feta is delish,  just had some on chicken and veggies.  Goat cheese tends to be a bit creamier I like  feta more but eat both
