I like potatoes, cucumbers and bacon with half mayo and half sour cream for the dressing. Nicole's mother recently dropped off a potato salad with potatoes, cucumber, tomato, bacon and egg that was pretty good. I think see uses a mix of miracle whip and mayo for the dressing.
