Last night was shish ka bob , Was ok. Nothing great.

But tonight hummm . Did a service call for a frind yesterday . Black dude and when I got there he had 3 smokers going .

He gave me 2 huge peices of pork but. 

This dude knows BBQ. Cant wait. Hope the wife dosnt like em so I can eat hers too.

North atlantic you basicly hyave 3 main types of clams.

Cohogs , very hard shell, type used for stuffed clams 

steamers. Opened up when steamed , also used for fried clams

Pork chops, potatoes, carrots and some pork stuffing. If there's any room left on the plate a dab of apple sauce seems appropriate
