Italian sasauge , zhucinni , summer squash , peppers onions and diced tomatoes over angle hair. Everything but the onions and pasta came from the garden.

Cooked up some of that haddock I caught , along with scalloped potatoes , corn and green beans. Momma made some slaw to go wit it.

Wow.  I haven’t had cottage cheese in years.  I love that stuff.

Neighbor brought over a big bag of fresh green beans from his garden so I fried them in a pan with some light fat free oil spray.  Sprinkled with Tony Chachere’s creole salt.  Dip in ranch and BOOM!

When I was young, my old man got me eating hot dogs loaded with ketchup and tobasco with a pound of cottage cheese on the side.  Love it.  It’s so deliciously white trash!
