Not sure how they thought this arbitrary rule was constitutional. That would be like saying if I have under 100 employee's other OSHA standards need not apply. Fucking idiots. It MIGHT have stood a chance if they applied it across the board like all other OSHA regs. Standards for Machine shops or construction don't change whether the company has 25 or 2500 working for them. I'd like for them to explain their reasoning behind the number of employee's at being 100 or more? Common sense tells me that knowing how much of our country works in companies smaller than 100 it would have created even more supply chain issues.
