No problem but it's not like you're dining on salads, tofu and bean sprouts every night.

Had pulled pork, lasagna, liver wurst, and cheese cake at the party. Healthy.

" make their own pastrami? " #306

I have a friend & neighbor, a self-taught / shirt-sleeve connoisseur who is also an avid hunter.

He makes his own venison jerky.

Often when jerky is made, the least choice cuts of meat are used. And you can tell. Half of the volume you're chewing on doesn't taste too bad. The other half leaves you feeling like you're gnawing on a saddle.

So this guy uses lean venison, and seasons it meticulously; not too hot, not too salt, etc. Excellent balance.

Delicious.

Pizza from the Muslim pizza joint down the road.

The old lady threw it in the oven cause she thought it wasn't cooked enough.

So now its tough and crispy.

Yeh!

Crown and coke to wash this crap down.....lol
