Someone had to stop hard and didn't have the back of their boat strapped down.

still some serious force there that has to be a 6klb boat and  not a,roller trailer a bunk . did not think it could break that hard

Just barely enough. 😏  It didn't even slide down the road.

I do have to admit I'm surprised the truck had enough stopping power.  It takes a pretty good jerk to break them loose from dry bunks sometimes.  I do watch when I see boats bobbing along on the trailer with the front strap loose.  That is pretty much a disaster waiting for the next unintended event.  Entertainment is just waiting to happen.

I agree, but look at the angle on the trailer without any weight on it. I can almost guarantee that the rear of the truck was sagging pretty good with that boat back there. Put that and likely still wet bunks in the mix, and you get the end result without any straps holding it down. Live and learn the hard way. :pan:

Looks like the prop grabbed the back of the cab and kept it from going down the road?

Why would you be cutting trees anyways, getting some sawdust and woodchips for your super food salads? :dunno:

10 4, will do. :bc:

Figured cutting 3 or 4 cord of firewood a year, maintaining my 28 acres, doing snowmobile trails, etc might as well spring for a decent saw.

bought it because I went to camp one night and the trees were down across the drive,  ran to Walmart and bought the only saw they had.  prob had it 15 years now and have cut a bunch of trees with it between trail work and around the house.

Last week we weighed one of the big guys. I've worked in the business for a long time and the numbers still amaze me. B777 weighs approximately 380,000lbs empty. No fuel, cargo or passengers.
