Deephaven Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 Lead blower, weed whip and chainsaw are gas only for me. Have an echo 9010 and while it will move logs could use more power. Did buy a toro leaf blower and whip for the 2 minute clean the patio off, but for real work both need gas. As a comparison it would take probably 8-10 of the toro blowers to move as much air as the echo. On full power the toro lasts about 5 minutes as well. I have both an electric lawnmower and electric weed eater and I am not going back. I bought Makita because I have the batteries from the rest of the tools. Even the electric chainsaw is handy. It usually takes 2 to get thru my small citiot lot. But I won’t go back to gas, I like it and it’s much easier to just plug in a new 18v battery. MILFMAN Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 I really like the Milwaukee. I am all in with their power tools so it was an obvious choice. Not disappointed, and I use it 20-30 minutes a week.
