It was started by 4 greek Immigrants in Edmonton Alberta, that's why it's Boston pizza. I know it makes zero sense to Canucks either but yuppy kids love it. Great Italian restaurants and a tiny seafood place called daily catch. I did some work out that way west of Boston and the food sucked. We drove the distance to Worcester to O’Connor’s which we loved. Any attempt at pizza out there was pretty bad. I asked guys where I was working where we could good Italian or something. Sent me to a place, I ordered a chicken parm sub. Got a roll with frozen chicken Pattie’s in it.
