Sorry quit checking in here for a while but that’s pretty sweet I used it on and off to maintain 200 lbs through the winter. I never gained any weight so that’s kinda a bonus Then when spring came I used it to drop down to 190 which I probably haven’t been in 20 some years. That made around 50 lbs fat loss without really doing anything and I thought I could maybe lose 20 lbs lol Now I switched back to a bulk and am back to 202 ish. I’m significantly stronger at 202 now than I was at 240 last summer I did incorporate some carbs to bulk up. Apparently insulin helps protein synthesis to build muscle. I really do feel more sluggish and lethargic when eating carbs though , and seems like I need more sleep. I think I’ll be doing stints of carnivore the rest of my life honestly. It’s a fantastic and easy tool to achieve fitness goals plus it works with my taste buds anyway so it’s hard to even call it a “diet” because it’s easy to do
