I picked up a couple of bags of Royal Oak lump charcoal today at Walmart so I can get back to using the Weber Kettle now that the warmer weather has arrived. Thinking of doing some smoked ribs this weekend.

Yeah, sirloin cut in lengthy strips and coated with egg wash then flour/spices.  Country fried.
