One of the features that they list is baking with a pellet grill. Let's give it a try... I set the dial to high and put the muffins in at 420. I turned it down to 400 and set a timer for 15 minutes. I could see by looking at them that the left side is a little warmer than the right. I pulled the ones on the left and left the other side for another 2 minutes. Funny you should mention the top rack. I've got sliced taters in butter wrapped in foil on the top rack right now.
