straight muriatic acid if it is really trashed out . works is decent . really most of the toilet bowl cleaners are more or less week muriatic with a gel to help cling . don't let sit to long it will etch the porcelain squirt on let steam a bit then flush .

works the original stuff not the dollar store stuff.  it's got enough acid in it to really work, used to use it to clean the hull on my boat as well.
