So now he signed a bill for additiona state funded dental care. The blind and closet Democrats are in ahh how great of a job he is doing. The reality is the taxpayers of the state are being over taxed. If you have a surplus you are over taxing the taxpayers. Don't increase your spending to spend the surplus. Lower taxes.
