Did you order rub and injection?

Nothing yet. The old girl saw these at Costco and bought them up.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with the Lamberts. We're doing another brisket next weekend and I'll be using it again.

All I've ever done for a rub on brisket is salt, pepper and garlic powder. I've never injected but I have one.

I like to inject and then rub 24hrs before the packer goes on the heat. I used to make my own rubs for brisket and I just cant match the depth of flavors some of the better rubs achieve. My 2 favorite are rudis rib rub and now the lamberts.

I think you'd be surprised if you give them a try.

And no they don't, only on the American site.

Amazon Canada offers the rub but not the brine. Just the rub is $31

@Seatofmypants Tried the honey, original, and the memphis sauce on some ribs. All were good, but I think Memphis was my favorite one.

Memphis is my baby.... That goes back to a 2012 recipe that was adjusted and settled on back in 2014.  We had a little push back on the heat that is in that sauce so we shelved it for our catering.  181 is pretty solid on ribs too.

I put the shore on ribs, fanfuckingtastic !

I was really hoping Shore didn't become a regional taste, so I am glad that you guys like it!

That's a wrap.  Two more weeks for these gurls...

Looks great Mike!  I'm looking forward to trying 'Gold Rush'.    Do you have the same proofs for the other three sauces?  I could use them if you do......

Check your email buddy.  I need the bottoms cut off.....it would be good to get rid of all the extra stuff on them.  These are current and up to date!!
