we have fantastic cheese... out east you eat what's essentially colored vegetable oil based wax.

how do I know?  when my brother from here who lives out there comes home to visit he buys about a grand worth the cheese and beef and takes it back with him.  that doesn't include the stuff I ship him all year long.  I've also spent time out there, and all you're going to get a win from me on is the seafood.
