Currently own a total of 6 sleds.  2 are current model sleds that are the main sleds to ride.  4 are vintage or limited production sleds with a couple more that are on the bucket list.

Have a core group of 6 guys that I ride with and wife is an occasional rider.  Average 4000 plus mile per year

Yup, we have an 80 Centurion with Aaen pipes on it and the sound is the national anthem of sledding.

I snow checked a 24 Renegade XRS 900r.

Big change. Should be fun.

22 XCR 850 136" + stuff for the kids/wife to ride.  100% of my miles last year were from my garage which was the first time ever I didn't trailer.

I would think it’s good picking. Interest rate high if you have to finance. I had a  female customer ask me about a used sled and what to buy. I did a quick used search, dealer I bought from has a 20 Indy xcr 800. 2000 miles and absolutely mint. Studded, and the gray color. Sweet machine and not an 850. That 800 is bad ass and she will get used to it. She’s tall and can handle it. I told her I’ll  do all 4 shocks. I gave her my tall windshield. I’m never gonna use it. She paid 9k. Not a bargain but a little bit of warranty and just so clean. She is excited to say the least

Ass dragger as well. 2002 ZR800 with over 12k on it, ride 800 to 900 miles a year these days. Never left me stranded.

Try as I might I can't justify the cash new ones are selling for.
