Trump has flipped

Recommended Posts

Former President Trump is right about the issue and in offering a solution that cleans up the streets of this problem while offering support services in place of incarceration.  It’s a problem way beyond being out of control and good for him for addressing it.

It's definitely a huge problem in democrat run cities. I don't think arresting them is the solution though.

Arrest shouldn’t be the first thing done but a last resort.

Anyone suggesting we limit free movement of citizens and put them in camps because they don’t have a home can die in a fucking fire.

Since at least as early as the 1930s, a vagrancy law in America typically has rendered "no visible means of support" a misdemeanor, yet it has commonly been used as a pretext to take one into custody for such things as loitering, prostitution, drunkenness, or criminal association

In every city that decriminalized homelessness and camping in public space, the problem got worse. If incarnation ends the cycle of addiction for some its a win. What we do know, is the current plan isn't working.

Throwing them in jail costs the taxpayer though.
