What is "a fact"?  You think if you're stating anything as it's a fact, at minimum you could come out with your factual statement instead of beating around a bush with vagueness and then just saying "it's a fact bro!"

I'm just looking for your statement of fact

can't say, sworn to secrecy

Here he is again, slobbing all over the Cat/Textron cock, a set of hairy balls set on his forehead just begging them to tell him what to,say and think next. :buttkisser:

How does the TCL compensate for an angled jackshaft?  The diagram below is obviously extremely exaggerated but it paints the picture in my head of the misalignment.

Certainly not saying it's an ideal setup, but technically the engine centerline is not fixed (rubber motor mounts), and it is also tied to the jackshaft with the TCL.

The procross chaincase has had "pivoting" jackshaft bearings in it for since it released which was only possible due to the TCL :dunno:

From 2012 Procross release:

"The big news here is a new development called the Torque Control Link (TCL) that serves as a fixed C-to-C distance, coupled with a bearing design on the chaincase side that allows 5 degrees of movement. With the system, the engine and jackshaft (and thus both clutches) are connected to maintain a fixed distance and always parallel regardless of torque, improving performance and increasing belt life."

The effect is minimal, and I am guessing that most of this supposed offset is taken into account. Just the dumb ones trying to act smart is my take.

The math and measurements are literally in front of you and you are denying it...

Your math maybe. Means nothing to me. I trust people who have an Engineering degree over a overweight woman.

lmao what do you think I have a degree in ?

the solid model of the chaincase in position 1 and 2 and the center to center measurements are there of the cat chaincase ...

swing and a miss jim.

There is no chain case. It is belt driven now. Strike 3!

I'll call you you dumb then..
Not only is the data is right in front of your face, he even posted a picture so someone as stupid as you could understand it.

Guessing anyone at textron accounted for anything makes you stupid and gullible, just look at the excelent job they did with the hand built sleds that they gave to snowest (they had to be hand built, you said they weren't production)

Anyone remember the first year of the turbo?  The mag side of the engine was almost 1/4" lower than the pto side.  I bet jimwit guesses they accounted for that.

Did anyone try the fancy gates 7mph belt from thunder last year.  What were differences you noticed?  I still need to buy a spare belt

Im not saying saying the system is perfect.. But my 800 Catalyst and supercharged 6 Catalyst had no problems and less belt dust than my wifes 600 stocker.

No but I am betting it provides the same result as putting the same series of gates belt on the procross. Like the aftermarket has been doing for the last 13 years so they can run a different clutch set up vs the super hard Kevlar stock belts. It probably won’t last as long as a stock one.

Are these 858 gonna break the c-note all stock?

They’re allegedly stupid fast up top with RXC gearing (which I don’t know if the production 858 RXCs come with)

30/58 is what the international model is using

any word on a 4S Catalyst yet @krom ?  or will they try to get another decade out of the procross... 9_9
