The national archives retrieved most they thought back in January and as they recorded them found many missing. They then requested Trump surrender them months ago….he ignored the request. A subpoena only requests you surrender them by a date. They felt the remain docs missing were heavily classified so the DOJ issued a search warrant from a fed judge….a Trump judge. It was prudent they surprise Trump with a search warrant approved by the court. The FBI headed by another Trump appointee carried out the search. The point I was trying to make is he's had this "supposed" info that could be a threat to national security for over a year and a half and nothing happened.
